Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.We are currently seeking a bilingual professional to join one of our clients in Ottawa. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, assisting with outbound calls as needed, responding to emails, resolving inquiries efficiently, and escalating complex matters to the appropriate teams.Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (office or call centre environment)
- High school diploma (post-secondary education is an asset)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable using computer and phone systems
- Bilingual in English and French (required)

Dans ce rôle, vous serez le premier point de contact des clients, répondrez aux appels entrants, effectuerez des appels sortants au besoin, gérerez les courriels, résoudrez les demandes efficacement et acheminerez les dossiers complexes aux équipes concernées.Exigences :
- Minimum d’un an d’expérience en service à la clientèle (bureau ou centre d’appels)
- Diplôme d’études secondaires (formation postsecondaire un atout)
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite
- À l’aise avec les systèmes informatiques et téléphoniques
- Bilinguisme français/anglais requis
