Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
Process and verify warranty claims, invoices, inventory, deletions and exception handling, builder orders, and order parts and equipment
Investigate orders and process any payables for one more core location
Validate the Branch's Accounts Receivable activities
Utilize CRM platform to ensure that installation appointments contain accurate details pertaining address, full name, and payment methods
Inform Union Gas of any reported infractions
Upload invoices, service work orders and equipment return in Image Now
Accurately manage petty cash and prepare cheque requisitions and expense forms for managers and team members
Provide warehouse support when needed

What do you bring?

A growth mindset: above all else, we’re looking for people who are dependable, ambitious and want to grow with Reliance

1 to 2 years of experience in an administration role, preferably in a customer service environment
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow a task through to completion
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs
Experience within the HVAC industry would be an asset
