
Operations HVAC Client Service Representative

- Process and verify warranty claims, invoices, inventory, deletions and exception handling, builder orders, and order parts and equipment
- Investigate orders and process any payables for one more core location
- Validate the Branch's Accounts Receivable activities
- Utilize CRM platform to ensure that installation appointments contain accurate details pertaining address, full name, and payment methods
- Inform Union Gas of any reported infractions
- Upload invoices, service work orders and equipment return in Image Now
- Accurately manage petty cash and prepare cheque requisitions and expense forms for managers and team members
- Provide warehouse support when needed

- 1 to 2 years of experience in an administration role, preferably in a customer service environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to follow a task through to completion
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office programs
- Experience within the HVAC industry would be an asset
