  • Support to the program team to develop and maintain program schedules
  • Support with the preparation of planning artifacts (Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Integrated Master Plan (IMP), Reports
  • Support proposals
  • Attend internal/external meetings
  • Schedule analysis, month-end statusing, critical path analysis
  • Ensuring Earned Value Management (EVM) processes are followed, and baseline change control and implementation of baseline change requests.
What you bring to the role
  • 3 -5 years Planning Experience using Microsoft Project.
  • Understanding of Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) scheduling metrics (14Pnt)
  • Knowledge working within the Deltek Suite Openplan or Primavera (P6) would be an asset
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Experience in developing a work break down structures
  • Experience in EVM Implementation
  • Experience working in the defense Industry would be an asset
  • Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
  • Works well in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent Organizational and Communications Skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while managing a large and varied workload
  • Team Player
  • Ability to Travel.
Additional skills desired for the role
  • Experience in the Defense Industry would be an asset
  • Ability to work Autonomously
  • Ability to achieve aggressive deadlines while working in a fast paced environment
