- Execute all required administrative requirements to create and process contracts
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure we deliver the ultimate experience for our clients
- Collaborate and pro-actively engage with management and peers to execute on sales and customer expectation
- Engages management in coaching sessions to develop skills and competencies enabling the achievement of KPI’s
- Proactively creates and executes a personal development plan approved and supported by management
- Consistently meet customer commitments and follow up requirements
- Works closely with management, peers and supporting stakeholders to deliver on the organizations’ vision
- Act in the best interests of the company, customers and community – ethics code, policies, procedures, accountability, legislation
- Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-5 Years of Sales Experience
- Formal Sales Training (repeatable sales process and associated competencies)
- Applicable Industry Licensing (A&S, Life) and preferred CEBS designation
- Excellent sales competencies, including time management, solution development, closing and negotiations, and communication.
