On behalf of our client, a reputable firm in the financial services industry, we are looking for a strategic, thoughtful and results-oriented Marketing Manager to support multi-channel sales teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-oriented, digitally-savvy professional to collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams-driving client engagement and enabling sales success through targeted planning and execution. Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Expected Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000/year, commensurate with experience and skillset.Responsibilities:Strategy, Sales Enablement
  • Ensure that tools for tracking and reporting sales enablement performance are properly set up and optimized in key software, including website-based tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing team members to align enablement efforts with broader business goals, product rollouts, and marketing campaigns.
  • Tailor enablement programs and resources to fit specific regions, sales channels, and customer segments.
Content and Marketing Asset Development
  • Create, update, and refine sales materials such as fund commentaries, product positioning documents, FAQs, executive summaries, and case studies for various client types including retail, institutional, and family offices.
  • Work with Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Sales teams to ensure all content is current, meets regulatory standards, and reflects brand and strategic priorities.
Client Engagement and Journey Insights
  • Manage the tracking of customer interactions across digital platforms, events, and engagement activities using key software.
  • Conduct reviews to assess the effectiveness of enablement efforts, providing insights and recommendations to enhance client engagement and sales performance.
  • Analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement and suggest future initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, sales, or enablement roles, preferably within financial services or investment management.
  • Proven ability to supporting multi-channel sales teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and MCAE (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), including experience with reporting and automation.
  • Skilled in developing impactful sales content and evaluating its effectiveness throughout the sales process.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities, with strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • A cooperative team member who thrives in cross-functional environments and contributes to shared objectives.
