- Develop workload curves to anticipate capacity needs (labor, workload, backlog hours, etc.).
- Assess theoretical capacities across sectors (equipment, floor space, labor).
- Define outsourcing (offload) strategies.
- Contribute to the development of recovery plans.
- Support production teams in budget planning.
- Participate in production governance and decision-making forums.
- Prepare and present executive-level analysis to senior management.
- Define performance targets aligned with corporate objectives.
- Analyze the impact of new products/configurations and establish learning curves.
- Maintain up-to-date job structures and production standards.
- Ensure the integrity of technical and decision-making parameters.
- Conduct various analyses in support of production.
- You have a background and approximately five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in the manufacturing sector, in Industrial Engineering and/or Continuous Improvement.
- You are comfortable working in a production environment.
- You have strong analytical skills and are confident presenting to senior management.
- You are dynamic and a team player.
- You demonstrate leadership and enjoy taking on challenges.
- You are adaptable to shifting priorities and strategies within a project context.
- You are proficient in MS Project and have strong Excel skills.
- You are bilingual (Fluent in French and functional in English).
- Asset: A broad understanding of the supported production sectors.
- Asset: Proficiency in Power BI and Power Apps.
