  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and service-oriented manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, mail, couriers, and general front desk communications.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare spaces for internal and external meetings.
  • Support office events and meetings, including setup, catering coordination, and cleanup.
  • Set up and test basic meeting and video conferencing equipment as required.
  • Maintain reception and common areas to ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.
  • Liaise with vendors, building contacts, and service providers to support day-to-day office needs.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and cheque requests.
  • Provide general office support, including documentation, filing, and ad hoc project assistance.
The Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in reception, administrative support, or a legal/office environment preferred
  • Professional and client-service focused
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to exercise discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Able to interact effectively with staff, clients, visitors, and external partners at all levels
  • Quick learner with ability to adapt to new systems and software
  • First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Compensation
  • Annual salary range is $47,000 - $57,000
