In collaboration with the day shift supervision team, plan, organize, and control all activities in our foundry during the evening shift
Distribute and assign tasks to employees with the support of team leaders
Ensure the rigorous application of Occupational Health and Safety standards, including rounds and necessary corrections
Implement improvement initiatives that can influence the daily results and efficiency of your employees
Ensure the proper management of all plant operations to achieve health, safety, quality, and productivity objectives
Implement improvement projects to promote the efficiency of operations
Collaborate with other teams to ensure product compliance at all stages
