- Collaborate with the Store Operations team and field partners to assess current customer service practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead the creation and development of a standardized Customer Service Guide for retail store teams.
- Script, coordinate, and help produce engaging training video content focused on customer service best practices.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Marketing) to ensure alignment with brand voice and employee experience.
- Edit and assemble captured video content into finalized training videos.
- Rollout a pilot testing of the Customer Service Guide and gather feedback to make enhancements.
- Support the rollout strategy of training materials across store locations, as well as online launch of training videos.
- Assist with additional store operations projects as needed
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Retail Management, Communications, Marketing, HR or a related field.
- Strong interest in retail operations and customer experience.
- Experience working in a retail environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an interest in content creation (video, scripting, storytelling).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a project from concept to completion.
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with video editing tools is an asset.
