Warehouse Manager - $80,000 to $85,000We’re looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our client's operations team of 30+ employees through a group of Supervisors and Lead Hands. In this role, you’ll be accountable for warehouse performance, safety, and customer service, while driving efficiency and continuous improvement.What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily warehouse operations, productivity, and scheduling.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
Motivate and coach employees, creating a positive team culture.
Manage warehouse layout, yard flow, and vendor relationships.
Collaborate with Customer Service and Sales to deliver exceptional service.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
What You Bring:
5+ years of progressive warehouse/logistics management experience.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage P&L, KPIs, and resource planning.
Post-secondary education in operations management (minimum 2 years).
Forklift certification and TDG knowledge preferred.
