- 10+ years of experience in ECS/DX software solutions
- Strength in building executive relationships, negotiating enterprise agreements, and driving consensus across multiple decision‑makers
- Ability to uncover customer gaps, build compelling ROI‑focused business cases, and articulate clear value outcomes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to tell impactful, customer‑centric stories
- Deep understanding of enterprise environments, business processes, and technology architectures
- Experience collaborating within a matrixed sales organization and engaging channel partners (GSIs, regional integrators, VARs)
- High level of initiative, ownership, and drive to consistently exceed revenue targets
