Turner & Townsend and CBRE work together to provide clients with the premier programme, project and cost management offering in markets around the world.Who are you?We are seeking a Senior Consultant - Digital & Project Controls to drive the adoption of data science, automation, and visualization tools while supporting business growth and client engagement.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain end-to-end Power Platform and Microsoft Fabric solutions tailored to project KPIs including project progress, cost performance, budget adherence, schedule compliance, and resource utilization.
  • Integrate data from construction management platforms and external data sources into unified reporting environments.
  • Design, orchestrate, and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines support real-time and historical analytics across projects and portfolios.
  • Build and maintain Common Data Environments (CDEs) to ensure data consistency, accuracy, and accessibility across multiple stakeholders.
  • Develop interactive Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX and Power Query for project controls, executive reporting, and self-service analytics.
  • Collaborate with project managers, to understand data needs and deliver scalable, actionable solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, quality standards, and security frameworks across the data lifecycle.
  • Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to enable adoption and ensure data-driven decision-making across the business.
Preferred Skills
  • Understanding of project lifecycles, cost control principles, and data-driven decision-making in large projects.
  • Familiarity with construction-specific software
  • Experience setting up and managing data warehouse/lakehouse architectures within Microsoft Fabric.
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks and quality assurance best practices.
  • Ability to mentor, train, and support cross-functional teams in adopting BI tools and self-service analytics.
QualificationsQualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience working in a data analytics environment.
  • 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence and enterprise reporting with Power BI.
  • Proven expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, and tabular data modeling.
  • Experience designing and implementing ETL/ELT workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate disparate data sources
  • Strong track record of improving reporting accuracy, performance, and user adoption through advanced BI solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and requirement-gathering skills.
