Our Toronto based client is seeking an experienced SAP SCM Business Analyst to join their project immediately and will run until August 2026, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate has 5 + years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 3+ years specializing in SAP SCM projects. They should possess expertise in SAP SCM systems, particularly S/4HANA, and a strong ability to translate business needs into technical specifications. This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days of on-site work.Key Responsibilities:
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules for SCM, including MM (Materials Management), WM (Warehouse Management), and PP (Production Planning).
  • Lead end-to-end SAP implementations, including system integrations, testing, and deployment.
  • Bridge business and technical teams by converting stakeholder needs into SAP technical specifications.
  • Execute projects using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) or Waterfall methodologies, tailored to project scope.
  • Utilize Jira for Agile tracking, Confluence for documentation, and Visio for process mapping.
  • Maintain SAP best practices and pursue certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAP Certified Associate) as needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Strong skills in coordinating, communicating and collaborating with finance leadership, internal cross-functional teams, and external vendors.
  • Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to align technical solutions with organizational financial goals.
