- Lead and manage strategic relationships with key national retail accounts to drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term partnership value
- Identify, develop, and execute growth opportunities within assigned accounts through joint business planning, promotions, and expanded product distribution
- Own commercial negotiations including pricing, terms, programs, and agreements in alignment with company objectives and margin targets
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, supply chain, finance, and customer service teams to deliver best-in-class execution and customer experience
- Drive in-market excellence through product launches, merchandising strategies, and sales enablement initiatives, including training as required
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform account strategy and recommendations to leadership
- Deliver and exceed assigned sales targets, KPIs, and account performance objectives
- Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, account reviews, and growth plans to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- Act as the primary escalation point for account-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and strong customer satisfaction
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and formal business reviews as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in sales, account management, or business development within the mobile phone and accessories industry
- Deep understanding of the mobile phone and accessories market, including product lifecycles, pricing dynamics, and competitive landscape
- Proven experience managing national retail accounts, with demonstrated success driving revenue, margin, and execution at scale
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, with the ability to leverage data for forecasting and account planning
- Advanced communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels
- Highly effective both independently and within cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Hands-on experience using Walmart Retail Link for analytics, replenishment, reporting, and joint business planning
