- Develop and execute strategies to ensure components and materials arrive at the right place at the right time.
- Work closely with purchasing teams (supply parameters, purchased order frequency, required delivery dates, etc.).
- Participate in continuous improvement or supply process transformation projects.
- Contribute to change management and solve complex supply chain issues.
- Provide strategic analysis and recommendations for improvement projects.
- Analyze performance indicators and propose corrective actions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with internal teams.
- Strategic vision and focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work autonomously and influence decisions.
- Proficiency in planning and analysis tools (BaaN, SAP, Excel, Power BI).
- In-depth knowledge of supply processes.
- Degree in Business Administration, Operations and Production Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in material planning or supply strategy (5+ years recommended).
- Proficiency in French (mandatory) and English.
- Additional training in project management, continuous improvement, or an MBA (an asset).
