Coach your team to deliver on the customer experience every time
Achieve and exceed all targets for the Area and Region for a balanced dashboard
Embrace and implement change as needed for business success
Influence behavior to develop and strengthen the retail culture within the Area - create the environment for success. As well as in the overall Region
Be a change agent in championing changes to your Area and Region
Maximizing customer experience scores and building customer loyalty within the Area and Region
Maximize store profitability and Area's Operating Income target.
Develop a top sales team and foster a culture of growth and development
Support the recruitment efforts of your store managers

Who You Are…

3-5 years management experience, in a multi-unit or big box retail environment
Post secondary Degree or Diploma in Business
Proven expertise in leading a team and coaching for success
Proven developer of leadership talent
Proven sales success within a multi-site format
Strong analytical and communication skills
Effective people management skills
Strong business acumen
Passion for results and the retail industry
Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel 75% to the retail locations within your Area
