
Financial Controller

- Professional accounting designation and relevant bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce or Business
- At least 5 years' experience as a Controller, or Assistant Controller; experience in a global, publicly-traded company and/or a manufacturing environment is desirable.
- At least 5 years' experience leading a team, with proven ability to develop employees and promote a positive working environment.
- At least 5 years' experience managing budget/forecast cycles
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, experienced in the use of ERP systems.
- Valid passport and ability to travel, primarily within the location of your Country but also internationally when required (approximately 5-10% travel).
- Strong decision making, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Financial and business acumen in order to provide key advice to management and create a culture of continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and monitor accounting operations and internal control processes to advise on risk and make recommendations for improvements.
