We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Finance Administrative Assistant to join our Finance team on a short-term contract. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting day-to-day finance operations, vendor management activities, and general administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on finance and administrative experience in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process pay remittances accurately and in a timely manner
- Support vendor management activities, including documentation and follow-ups
- Provide general administrative support within the Finance function
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth financial operations
- Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Previous administrative or finance-related experience is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment
