Through creative planning, skill-building, and meaningful engagement, you will help shape a future where choice and independence are celebrated.This role aligns with the principles of New Directions National Standards for Services and Supports for Adults with Disabilities and offers the chance to work in true partnership with individuals and their communities.What We’re Looking For:
A relevant third-level qualification (QQI Level 6 or higher) in Social Care, Adult Education, Health & Leisure , Community Development or similar
Experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities is advantageous
Warm, energetic and creative approach to support
Flexibility to work across varied locations
Ability to work flexible hours, including evening & overnight support
Experience in training, education and community development (e.g. QQI)
Strong IT and report-writing skills
Excellent communication, teamwork and organisational skills
Full clean Manual Driver’s Licence
