Salary: Up to $130,000 CAD + bonus + benefitsLove Recruitment are proud to be supporting a global fitness and wellness organisation on the search for a Director of Sales Operations.This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially focused operations specialist who thrives on building scalable systems, improving sales performance and enabling international growth.Working across multiple brands and global markets, you will play a critical role in shaping the commercial operating framework that supports sustainable revenue expansion. You will sit at the centre of collaboration between Sales, Marketing, Finance and Product teams, ensuring pipeline generation, CRM governance, pricing strategy and forecasting processes are aligned and delivering measurable impact.The OpportunityYou will take ownership of strengthening the commercial engine that drives inbound demand, pipeline velocity and global sales execution.This includes leading campaign-driven pipeline initiatives, implementing best-practice CRM processes, maintaining pricing discipline and delivering clear performance insight to senior leadership.You will partner closely with regional commercial leaders to standardise processes, improve lead conversion performance and create consistency across international markets.Key ResponsibilitiesPipeline Strategy & Commercial PerformanceDesign targeted initiatives to generate high-quality inbound opportunitiesEstablish clear pipeline targets across regions and customer segmentsImplement structured lead qualification frameworks and optimise conversion ratesImprove response speed and ensure seamless handover between marketing and salesCRM & Sales Infrastructure LeadershipOwn global CRM governance, data integrity and reporting standardsDevelop scalable workflows, automation and process documentationPartner with internal stakeholders to enhance the commercial technology ecosystemPricing Governance & Revenue OptimisationMaintain consistent global pricing frameworksEstablish discount approval processes and commercial compliance standardsAlign pricing strategy with margin targets and growth objectivesForecasting & Commercial InsightLead forecasting cycles and support strategic revenue planningDevelop dashboards and performance metrics for senior leadershipTranslate sales data into actionable insights that drive performance improvementCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Marketing on campaign performance, segmentation and pipeline routingWork closely with Finance, Product and Operations teams to ensure commercial alignmentSupport sales enablement through process improvement and training initiativesAbout YouThis opportunity will suit a strategic, analytical and highly collaborative sales operations leader who enjoys building structure, improving performance and enabling teams to succeed.You will ideally bring:Proven leadership experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations or Commercial StrategyA track record of improving pipeline health, forecasting accuracy and sales conversion metricsStrong experience implementing CRM platforms and commercial reporting frameworksConfidence operating within international and matrix environmentsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to balance strategy and executionApply NowYour recruiter for this role is Abhi Lakhina, MD and Founder at Love Recruitment international, and can be contacted simply by applying for the role below.
