- Maintaining an active client portfolio tracking customer referrals, installations, and cancellations.
- Complying with client privacy policies and procedures to build a relationship built on trust and integrity for the customer and client.
- Collaborating with team members to share sales and marketing strategies, new product knowledge, and industry insights.
- Contribute to team goals and actively participate in regular sales meetings and brainstorming sessions aimed at exceeding sales targets and KPIs, while maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Attend daily training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and suggest service solution strategies to management based on customer feedback.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- A desire to continuously improve and develop new skills, both professionally and personally.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
