- Creating outfits for all assigned projects - rooted in design intent, fit, function, style and colour-theory
- Creating pitchbacks from seasonal outfit direction from seasonal Studio Creative Directive
- Developing and maintaining Style Guides for all types of shoots, including post-production guidance
- Supporting Art Directors with photo and video shot selection and retouching notes to ensure product integrity and fit in final deliverables
- Leading product education for on-set project teams, and training for freelance stylists
- Supporting casting and ensuring fit accuracy for talent featured in projects
- Building and maintaining prop, accessories and equipment styling inventory
- Aggregating and actioning styling feedback as required
- Sourcing samples required to ensure outfits are optimized and meet the project brief
- Preparing outfits and accessories for upcoming shoots, including steaming, packing for transport and managing courier details if necessary
- Maintaining accurate outfit documentation and styling related administration
- Creating seasonal recaps of styling, casting and HMUA decisions
- Establishing the brand as tastemaker in a competitive and fast-growing space
- Composing beautiful pinlays that highlight the beauty and construction of our products
- Helping craft an editorial vision for how we tell athlete and product stories
- You have 5+ years of related experience in Brand and Campaign Styling
- You have a strong understanding of outdoor retail marketplace, and ideally of the Arc'teryx brand and products
- You have a passion for, and a background in fashion, art, and creative culture
- You have a relentless attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines
- You can collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment to drive results
- You are proficient in creating, organizing and leading an efficient creative workflow
- You have strong verbal, written and visual communication skills, with the ability to provide insights and ensure progress in your work
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and influence relationships at all levels
- You have an aptitude for learning and working with various technologies and systems, including Microsoft Office
- You thrive in an environment of constant innovation and exploration
