Don't miss out on this opportunity to make a big impact!YOUR ROLE AS AN ASSISTANT WILL BE TO:
  • Plan and manage travel arrangements, process expense reports and submit time sheets for multiple leaders;
  • Manage multiple Outlook calendars for leaders with tight schedules. Negotiate time on calendars and reschedule appointments as scheduling conflicts occur;
  • Greet and escort visitors to meetings; arrange for visitor access to the building through security;
  • Process incoming and outgoing domestic and international mail and packages, including same-day courier service;
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires;
  • Responsible for conference room management, meeting and event planning;
  • Data entry and formatting assistance with weekly staff schedule;
  • Print & bind internal presentations & documents;
  • Work with offsite IT support on behalf of executives;
  • Cooperate with other internal staff in TAG to ensure adequate coverage during vacations;
  • Will be responsible for additional duties as necessary.
THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, or similar relevant experience;
  • Proficient with computer tools, and able to adapt to new technology;
  • Strong ability to handle tight deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage competing priorities;
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, providing outstanding customer service to senior leadership;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, demonstrating strong computer and calendar management skills;
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented with a proven track record of follow-through.
