In this role, you will take the lead in developing, implementing and optimizing our affiliate marketing programs. We're looking for someone who brings proven expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a talent for building strong, lasting partnerships.What will you be doing?
  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Partnership Management: Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners to expand goeasy's reach and maximize campaign performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics to optimize affiliate campaigns and report on ROI.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content and design teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
  • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to industry regulations and company standards.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the affiliate marketing budget and implement cost-effective strategies.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain alignment with brand guidelines across all affiliate marketing efforts to strengthen brand image.
What experience do you have?
  • Minimum of 5 years in affiliate marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
