- Partnership Management: Identify, recruit, and manage affiliate partners to expand goeasy's reach and maximize campaign performance.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics to optimize affiliate campaigns and report on ROI.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with content and design teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all affiliate activities adhere to industry regulations and company standards.
- Budget Management: Oversee the affiliate marketing budget and implement cost-effective strategies.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain alignment with brand guidelines across all affiliate marketing efforts to strengthen brand image.
- Minimum of 5 years in affiliate marketing or related roles, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in affiliate marketing platforms and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
