Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000
Sector: Developer‑Builder / General Contractor / Mixed-Use ResidentialRole Overview: As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support the Project Manager and site team through all phases of the project, with greater autonomy and responsibility than a junior/intermediate coordinator. You’ll help drive documentation, procurement, coordination, and communication between consultants, trades, and internal stakeholders to keep the project running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement logs
- Support project scheduling and milestone tracking
- Attend site meetings and prepare minutes/documentation
- Liaise with consultants, architects, engineers, and trades
- Maintain project documentation using Procore, Bluebeam, etc.
- Help with permits, closeout documentation, and occupancy requirements
- 4–7 years of project coordination experience in construction or development
- Strong knowledge of residential construction processes (wood-frame/mid-rise/mixed-use)
- Proficient in Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, and MS Office
- Post-secondary education in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, or related
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
