The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for driving lead generation and qualification to support revenue growth. This role focuses on building a strong pipeline of potential clients, ensuring smooth collaboration with the wider sales team, and leveraging modern sales tools to maximize efficiency and results.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Identification and Research
  • Identify and research potential clients and new market opportunities.
  • Gather insights into prospects’ business needs to tailor outreach effectively.
Lead Generation and Outreach
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to build a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Execute personalized outreach strategies to engage decision-makers and influencers.
Lead Qualification and Conversion
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria to ensure fit with the target customer profile.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos for account executives, ensuring seamless handover.
CRM and Data Management
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and lead data in a CRM system.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Sales Technology Integration
  • Use modern sales technologies and tools to improve lead generation and qualification.
  • Partner with the sales team to refine tool usage and align processes with sales strategy.
Collaboration and Strategy Refinement
  • Provide regular feedback on lead quality and conversion rates to inform sales tactics.
  • Collaborate with peers to continuously improve outreach strategies.
Performance and Goals
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.
  • Proactively develop new approaches to enhance lead generation outcomes.
QualificationsExperience
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
Skills & Abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and outreach tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to achieve results.
