- Ensure perfectly executed kitchen operations through training, mentoring, assisting, and supporting kitchen staff member
- Interpret labor reports and keep all costs, including food, in line with budget
- Help with ordering supplies and raw food materials, making sure there is enough product for day-to-day operations
- Monitor and maintain sanitation & health department standards
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Proven leadership experience in a professional kitchen
