This is a permanent position based out of our Windsor, Nova Scotia facility.The Responsibilities will include:Evening Shifts: 5:30 pm to 2:00 amPreparing items for shipping and performing final verificationCompleting all required shipping documentation consistently, accurately and in a timely manner for each shipmentMaintaining and improving shipping performance metricsReceiving deliveries to site and completing required entry into the ERP system. Notifying and/or delivering items to appropriate areas/departmentsMaterial segregation, quarantine and storageStaging materials for process work and shippingMaterial dispensing for production as neededEnsuring First Expired First Out (FEFO) is followed, and documenting under planned deviation when required by SOPProcessing material status updates in a timely mannerEnsuring warehouse material handling equipment is properly used and maintainedMaterial sampling, as required, to support initial testing and retesting and when necessary day-to-day operationsEntering and maintaining required data in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systemPerforming and maintaining assigned housekeeping dutiesEnsuring Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) training status remains current at all timesQualificationsRequired:High school diplomaDesired:Post-secondary education in related fieldTwo years’ experience in a warehouse settingOne year experience working in an ERP environmentcGMP experienceWHMIS/HMIS, Forklift and TDG trainingExcellent written and oral communication skillsTeamworkAdditional DetailsThis job has a full time weekly schedule.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $19.86 - $34.76/hr CAD plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits.
