Company: ClaimsPro LP - International Programs GroupProperty Claims Examiner - Full Time (Anywhere in Canada)Salary range: $67,200.00 - $93,300.00 annuallyInternational Programs Group (IPG) is an independent third-party administration (TPA) team providing claims services for Lloyd's of London syndicates, domestic insurers, self-insured entities, and organizations with high financial retentions.We have an existing opportunity to add a Property Claims Examiner to our team!The successful candidates will be part of a dynamic team that provides quality service to internal and external clients. They will display excellent customer service skills and will be a key contributor to the success of the organization by providing knowledgeable, detailed and timely service. Utilizing a ‘desktop’ model, IPG examiners manage claims from start to finish. This hands-on approach ensures that the claim is handled properly and also helps offset third-party adjusting costs.Role Responsibilities:Examine moderate to intermediate complex property claimsProduce reports with occasional guidance from ManagerDirect Field Adjusters on task assignment investigationsSettle claims directly with Insureds or their representativesAdminister claims payments/settlements through trust accountsLiaise with all stakeholders to insure clients needs are metReport back to the syndicate or self-insured according to their guidelinesQualifications & Experience:While licensing and experience are critical to being able to handle significant examining tasks for a TPA, we are looking for individuals with a demonstrated and proven track record of performance. You will have to be strong technically, a solid planner and organizer, and understand key issues plus provide solid solutions.
