We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant with a focus on accounting and bookkeeping. This role involves a mix of administrative work and financial support tasks, requiring proficiency in QuickBooks and strong communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Perform general admin work to support daily operations
Handle accounting tasks including invoice processing and expense tracking
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
Manage and organize business documents and files
Communicate professionally with customers via email and phone
Work efficiently in QuickBooks to manage financial data and reportsQualifications:3+ years experience in administrative and accounting roles
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and communication skills
