- Provide excellence in client service, by responding to all client inquiries, update client files as required and prepare client presentation material for wealth planning meetings.
- Prepare all Annual Review Meeting material in advance.
- Review Financial Plan, Will and Estate Plan and Insurance information prior to client presentation.
- Utilize SalesForce when updating Wealth Planning items and my Discovery preparation.
- Communicate with COI’s/CA’s/LLB’s etc.
- Support advisory team and client through the wealth management process. Help gather relevant info, documents, and questionnaires. Enter data into specific applications (e.g., myGPS). Track progress and follow-up.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with the partners, COI’s and other resources necessary to support the role and team in their daily operations.
- Proactively assist with client management of appointments and scheduled meetings/calls
- Assist the Investment Counsellors and the team where additional support is needed based on volume of administrative workflow and client confirmation transactions.
- University Degree
- Successful completion of CSC (Canadian Securities Course)
- CFP, PFP, or working towards either designation.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize urgent tasks efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
