Reporting to a Team Leader Lending, the Relationship Manager Lending is responsible to provide lending expertise coupled with basic knowledge of specific AFSC products and some acquired knowledge of the clients’ business/operations in providing such support.What will your growth opportunities look like in this role?
  • Expand and develop your subject matter expertise in agricultural and commercial lending.
  • Leadership and mentorship role within the Lending Team.
  • Participation in in-house and outside developmental learning opportunities.
What will you be responsible for?
  • You will be responsible for the growth and management of a lending portfolio.
  • Prepare and submit quality loan submissions supported by strong financial analysis and risk mitigation.
  • Enhanced client interactions using in person and digital platforms.

Qualifications
  • Minimum: Related Diploma and two (2) years related experience
  • Candidates may be considered based on a combination of education and related experience
