- Provide risk review and evaluation to the internal Sales project review process (Sales Gate Process) and ensure active transfer of risk mitigation measures to the customer contract negotiations.
- Provide cost calculations for project execution related topics such as WTG installation, crane works, logistics and, for wind farm infrastructure such as roads, foundations and electrical infrastructure as needed.
- Conduct site surveys to check conditions of accessibility in close coordination with the PM logistics department.
- Provide conceptual planning and preparation of projects during the sales phase in order to facilitate a smooth transfer into project operations.
- Tender and contract negotiation of infrastructure services for Turnkey Projects (if applicable) in close coordination with the central Turnkey Management team.
- Represent the Nordex organization to our clients - creating a good relationship with the client and delivering customer satisfaction.
- Participate in customer contract negotiation.
- Liaise with other Nordex departments such as Engineering, Purchasing, Service and Legal during tendering phase.
- Other reasonably related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in comparable positions including full responsibility for multi-million-dollar contracts with strong commercial and financial knowledge.
- Project management experience necessary (preferably in the wind energy sector and/or in turnkey construction projects).
- Good knowledge of the local regulations and legal requirements regarding construction works and HS&E.
- Strong interface thinking approach.

- Strong software skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- SAP & Microsoft Projects preferred.
- Ability to travel domestic and international locations to project sites and on business as required.
- Fluency in German and/ or Spanish is a plus.
- Ability to successfully complete all Canadian regulatory laws surrounding pre-employment screening requirements.
- Must be able to work in Canada with no Company sponsorship and have the ability to obtain a US passport.
- Driving is an essential function of the job. Must possess a full valid driver's license and be insurable under our auto insurance policy. This position will be subject to periodic driver's abstract checks to confirm continued insurability.
