
Project Analyst

- Generate, monitor, and report program metrics and performance data (EVMS and KPI’s). Develop charts, graphs, and visuals that effectively convey the performance, trends, and forecasts pertaining to program performance.
- Present and describe program performance information to internal stakeholders.
- Coordination across all supporting functional disciplines to review and analyze program metrics.
- Assist in identification of root cause and developing corrective action plans to address program performance issues.
- Recurring cost tracking (labor hours and associated costs) ensuring compliance with cost-plus program requirements.
- Prepare and submit detailed cost-plus invoice packages to clients, accurately reflecting project costs and labor charges, resulting in timely payments.
- Maintain comprehensive project records and documentation to facilitate audits and reviews.
- Assist in the development of budget forecasts and monitor project expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Support in the development of bid & proposal and contribution of content to a proposal package.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business-related field with 10 years minimum prior work experience.
- Bilingual (French and English), written and spoken. The knowledge of the English language, other than the French language is necessary due to contractual requirements.
- Work Experience in aerospace / defense
- Excellent analytical and project management skills.
- Strong Organizational Abilities- disciplined, sets priorities, meets deadlines, handles multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Able to effectively work with minimal direction.
- Advanced proficiency in planning software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners & stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.

- Must be eligible for registration with the Controlled Goods Program;
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a government of Canada Reliability status and Secret Level 2 / NATO Secret security clearance.
- Must be eligible to meet the requirements for U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
