As a Hearing Device Requirements Analyst at Sonova, you will play a key role in translating user needs into clear, actionable specifications for our innovative hearing technology. Working within the Project Management department, you will collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in Product Management and R&D to support the development of regulated medical devices. Your ability to bridge business and technical perspectives will help shape impactful solutions that improve lives worldwide.Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gain a comprehensive understanding of product requirementsLiaise with Product Managers to gather and document requirements for hearing device projects, including hardware, firmware, fitting software, mobile applications, and accessoriesCoordinate with R&D departments to assess feature feasibility and resolve requirement conflictsTranslate End User Needs into clear and testable specifications using unambiguous languageContribute to cross-functional collaboration, documentation creation, and process improvementsPerform other duties aligned with your skillset to support successful project outcomesMore about you:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field (Engineering, Science, Software)2-5 years of experience in business analysis or requirements engineering in a technology environmentStrong analytical and prioritization skills, with excellent attention to detailEffective communicator with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skillsExperience working in regulated environments or with regulated products is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of requirements management tools such as Polarion is an assetIREB CPRE-FL certification is a plusThis position requires a minimum of 3 days per week in-office attendance at our Kitchener, ON location.A minimum of 200Mb/sec download and 10Mb/sec upload speed internet connectivity is required to support any remote/hybrid employee functionality at Sonova.Don't meet all the criteria?
