- Experience in project coordination, operations support, or administrative roles
- Understanding of project accounting and financial processes (timesheets, billing, cost tracking)
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle or similar)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Exposure to customer training coordination or registration processes
- Familiarity with process improvement and documentation practices
- Provide administrative support for project cost tracking and timesheet entries within internal systems
- Generate and distribute monthly customer usage and reporting metrics
- Manage processes related to public training registrations, including opportunity creation, quoting, and contract setup
- Support request management through shared inboxes and ticketing/CRM systems
- Create, maintain, and update process documentation
- Assist with billing-related activities, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper setup and tracking of project-related activities
- Support continuous improvement of operational workflows and processes
