  • Manage family law files, including separation, divorce, parenting, and support matters
  • Draft pleadings, agreements, and court materials
  • Attend court appearances, mediations, and negotiations
  • Provide clear, strategic advice to clients during high-stress situations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across related practice areas where needed
Ideal Candidate
  • 1–3 years of call in British Columbia
  • Experience or strong interest in family law
  • Comfortable handling files with increasing independence
  • Strong communication and client management skills
  • Organized, responsive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
