- 8+ years' experience working in a consulting environment, with 2+ years' experience managing teams.
- Experience working within one of the following industries: Energy & Resources (including Oil and Gas) or the Public Sector.
- Experience working in organizational change management
- Proven track record of:
- Leading and implementing large-scale, complex organizational change management programs.
- Leading teams of varying sizes that work with tight deadlines.
- Leading teams and yourself to deliver extremely high-quality work and products at pace.
- Managing multiple priorities to deliver commitments on time with exceptional quality.
- Managing diverse stakeholder perspectives simultaneously to drive successful outcomes.
- Playing a project management role and being able to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities.
- Anticipate the short- and long-term impacts of decisions.
- Foresee issues and risks to take a mitigation-based approach.
- Solve problems in situations of high ambiguity.
- Lead teams through situations of high ambiguity.
- Communicate clearly and effectively across diverse stakeholders.
- Create compelling PowerPoint products.
