Senior Personal Banking Advisor - Calgary Westhills

- This role requires Wednesday evening & Saturday shifts on a rotating basis
- This role is based out of the Calgary Westhills branch, but on occasion may be required to travel to neighbouring branches.
- Be a Trusted Advisor: Deepen client relationships by providing personalized financial planning and sophisticated solutions. You’ll be the go-to expert for complex needs, including estate planning and intricate mortgages.
- Elevate the Client Experience: Uphold our Experience Standards with unwavering commitment. Offer tailored advice that goes beyond the ordinary, addressing the unique circumstances of each client.
- Connect and Collaborate: Demonstrate critical thinking to solve complex problems. Partner with internal teams (Wealth, Business) to provide holistic solutions for clients with multifaceted needs.
- Nurture Relationships: Build and maintain strong connections through regular communication and follow-ups. Develop and implement relationship management plans for high-value clients.
- Drive Growth: Achieve personal sales targets by cultivating a robust sales pipeline and expanding your book of business. Actively build and leverage an external network to generate new opportunities.
- Champion Digital Fluency: Embrace new technologies and serve as a digital and omnichannel champion. Educate clients on digital tools and promote their adoption.
- Act with Integrity: Optimize risk and compliance management, ensuring data privacy and security. Make confident, financially sound decisions that prioritize customer satisfaction and align with ATB’s risk culture.
- Embrace Diversity and Community: Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and self-awareness, considering the varied needs and backgrounds of our clients. You’ll also invest in community involvement and represent ATB in the market.
- Mentor and Lead: Continuously develop your technical skills and embody ATB’s leadership attributes. Share your expertise to build acumen within the team and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- 4 - 6 years of experience in retail banking or a similar industry.
- Proven track record of maintaining and growing a book of business.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, estate planning, and complex mortgage products.
- PFSA, FP1 Accreditation is required.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in finance, business administration, or a related field or relevant work experience.
