
Customer Service Representative

- Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through e-mail and provide information on where their vehicle is at in the repair process.
- Support estimators by taking thorough pictures of damaged vehicles.
- Complete booking for estimates and vehicle repairs.
- Work closely with estimators and production managers to ensure repair orders are correct and submitted to Insurance companies for payment.'
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience in private or public insurance or the collision industry is considered an asset, but not required.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills with the ability to provide service that is fast, easy, caring, right and clear.
- Superior interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt your approach to different personalities.
- Excellent organizational skills to be able to maintain and manage our courtesy vehicle fleet.
- A team player with a positive attitude who is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid Driver's license.
