Permanent full-time position, hourly plus overtime

Wages are based on qualifications and experience
Union if Canadian Technician.
Reporting location and structure dependent on applicant's home location.

Candidates must:

Be willing to travel extensively, all work assignments are at customer sites.
Adhere to drug and alcohol policy, due to frequent testing at customer requests. Remain cannabis free.
Have a clean criminal background history.
Have a valid driver's license, with no major violations.
Have basic computer knowledge in Word and Excel for completing required reports.
Have good communication skills.
Able to follow directions and work procedures.

Requirements:

Perform on-site machining operations including, line boring, sleeve/bolt OD machining (Lathe), stud drilling, honing, spot facing and hydraulic bolt installation and removal.
Be familiar with field machining equipment and the limitations of the equipment.
Complete required customer documentation, job reports and expense reports related to field projects
Work remotely without direct supervision in an efficient and responsible manner
