What You'll Do
Asset Lifecycle Management: Provide hands-on IT support at mill sites, including hardware installs, troubleshooting, and repairs
Infrastructure: Perform basic physical IT work such as network drops, access point installs, and equipment moves
Projects: Support application rollouts, hardware refreshes, and onsite IT initiatives
Documentation: Log all work accurately in the ticketing system and flag recurring issues or risks
Collaboration: Partner with internal IT teams and vendors, escalating complex issues when needed
What You Offer
