Warehouse Logistics Professional

• Manages storage bin assignments and maintains accurate warehouse organization.
• Receives materials and ensures proper storage in designated locations.
• Records and tracks material locations by batch in SAP for inventory accuracy.
• Handles shipment and receipt of marketing demo equipment.
• Picks, packs, and ships demo equipment and sales order materials.
• Maintains non-inventory tracking for demo equipment using serial numbers.
• Performs stock adjustments in SAP based on shipments, receipts, and inventory updates.
• Removes products on hold from general inventory and secures them in designated quarantine storage.
• Processes goods receipts for incoming purchase orders and assigns storage bins accordingly.
• Handles virtual goods receipts such as software licenses.
• Manages customer return authorizations (RGA) and processes returned goods.
• Coordinates vendor returns for excess, defective, or damaged inventory.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience working with SAP for inventory and warehouse management.
• Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking.
• Ability to organize and manage warehouse operations efficiently.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior experience in warehouse logistics or supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with inventory tracking systems and material handling processes.
