- Issuing parts at the stores counter
- Operate forklifts for the handling of goods, including both incoming and outgoing shipments, and facilitate internal deliveries within the facility
- Receive and verify stock, non-stock, returned parts, and distribute stock to shelf locations
- Process workflow tasks to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Handle shipping, Repair Order Form (ROF), vendor returns, and customs documentation
- Process workflow receiving, entries, and unidentified parts
- Identify shipment errors and process inventory returns
- Perform cycle counts, spot checks, and critical spare part inventory reviews
- Maintain accurate records through scanning and filing
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge and application of word processing and spreadsheet software
- Typical administrative / office environment: no exposure to adverse environmental conditions
- Environmental conditions: protected from weather conditions but not from temperature changes
- Outside environmental conditions: no effective protection from the weather
- Hazards: includes such physical conditions, as proximity to moving mechanical parts/vehicles, electrical current, exposure to high heat or to chemicals
- Medium work: exerting up to 50 lb of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 lb frequently
