You will be joining a team that values responsiveness, precision, and commercial awareness in delivering client solutions.Practice FocusCommercial real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development)Residential real estate (as needed)Corporate and business law matters, including incorporations, reorganizations, and commercial agreementsExposure to banking, lending, and development-related workThe firm regularly advises businesses, developers, and investors across Alberta and nationally, providing streamlined, solution-driven legal services.
