Answering phones, giving information to callers
Entering pick-ups, local dispatch
Updating spreadsheets
Entering billing, data entry for payroll
Tracing of freight, calling customers with exceptions
Maintain the cash collection account
Load and unload customers with a forklift as required
Other duties as assigned
Starting wage is $18.45/Hour
Qualifications
Well organized and detail oriented
Proficient computer and typing skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Good communication skills
Forklift experience is an asset
