(Compensation may vary based on experience and project scale)Position OverviewOur client is a reputable and well-established General Contractor specializing in ground-up Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) construction projects across Southern Ontario. Due to a strong and growing pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion.This role is well-suited to a Project Manager with proven new build ICI experience who is looking to take ownership of complex projects within a stable and professionally run organization.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle, ground-up projects from pre-construction to close-outLead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost controlCoordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teamsAdminister contracts, change orders, and procurement activitiesAct as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycleChair project meetings and provide regular progress reportingWork closely with site Superintendents to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality executionEnsure projects are delivered in compliance with contractual, safety, and quality standardsProject PortfolioGround-up ICI developmentsTypical project values ranging from $10M to $80M+Multi-disciplinary, multi-trade construction environmentsQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a General ContractorDemonstrated experience delivering ground-up ICI projectsStrong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost managementAbility to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsPost-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferredWhat’s OfferedCompetitive base salary with performance-based bonusComprehensive benefits packageLong-term stability with a strong backlog of secured workSupportive leadership and collaborative project teamsOpportunities for professional growth and advancement
