
Senior Program Manager

- Program Execution: Lead end-to-end program execution across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), Scrum teams and across global and regional cross-functional stakeholders.
- Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive integrated program plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies relative to the technical/commercial roadmap.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure program scope, objectives, and success metrics is established to continually increase the design-to-release quality through collaboration with product and technical stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure adoption of the program plan and resolve conflicts across teams and functions.
- Process Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal Design Control, Release Management, and Regulatory processes.
- Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: Drive continuous improvement in program delivery through retrospectives and process optimization. Mentor other program/project managers and/or contribute to the evolution of PMO best practices and frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum).
- Communication: Act as the program liaison providing regular updates to leadership and organizational stakeholders on program status, risks, metrics and outcomes relative to the roadmap.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software program management, preferably in a healthcare or high-tech environment.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe certification preferred).
- Proven track record of delivering complex software programs on time and within scope.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, and portfolio management platforms.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., medical devices, healthcare IT).
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
