🛠️ What you'll be doing:

Monitor, operate, and maintain refrigeration, boiler, HVAC, and utility systems
Troubleshoot and repair equipment to prevent downtime
Perform preventative maintenance across plant systems
Work with ammonia systems, compressed air, water treatment, and plant utilities
Monitor pressures, temperatures, and flow rates to maintain cold chain standards
Support installs, repairs, and system adjustments across the facility
Collaborate with maintenance, sanitation, and production teams

🔍 What you bring:

3rd Class Operating Engineer / Refrigeration B (TSSA)
Minimum 6,000 hours operating experience
Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
Experience in industrial or food processing environments (highly preferred)
Comfortable working rotating 12-hour shifts (days & nights)
Able to read blueprints and work with standard maintenance tools

⚠️ Environment:

Food production facility (pork processing)
Fast-paced, high-volume operation
Cold and wet areas at times - PPE provided
