Adecco is currently hiring several full-time reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our client's warehouse team in Port Coquitlam, BC. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring all products meet quality standards and are handled safely and efficiently.Pay Rate: $Location: Port Coquitlam, BCShift: 3:00pm - 11:30pmJob type: Temporary | Full-timeHere's why you should apply:Paid weekly accurate and on timeStrong health and safety programsMedical and dental benefits once qualifiedFree training programsNew and quicker onboarding processResponsibilities:Pick items from shelves and storage areas according to pick lists and customer orders.Pack products securely, ensuring proper labeling and packaging to prevent damage during shipping.Prepare completed orders for shipping, including boxing, palletizing, and staging.Maintain accurate records of inventory and report any discrepancies to supervisors.Assist with receiving, unloading, and stocking incoming shipments as needed.Perform quality checks to ensure orders are accurate and complete.Follow all warehouse safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts (if certified).Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to meet daily shipping deadlines.Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.Qualifications:Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is an asset.Ability to lift and move packages up to 30-40 lbsStrong attention to detail and accuracy.Basic math and counting skills.Good time management and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work overtime or weekends if required.Commitment to workplace safety and following proceduresMust be legally eligible to work, and reside in CanadaAre you interested in this position?
